About the Litter

This magical match will produce large to extra large puppies. We anticipate that the extra large puppies will stand at least 28 to 32 inches tall in height and weigh 95 to 120 pounds, while the large-sized puppies will stand somewhere between 25 - 27 inches tall in height and weigh 70 - 90 pounds. Half of the puppies from this litter will have silver wolf gray coloring with erect ears, medium length coat types, and heavy seasonal shedding. The other half of the puppies from this litter will have Dragon's black wolf gray coloring with erect ears, medium length coat types, and heavy seasonal shedding. No white puppies will be seen in this litter. All tails will hang down, although some puppies may have a tendency to raise their tail parallel to the ground when trotting or running. No long-coated feathering on the pups will be seen, however, statistically half of the puppies will show some furnishings (whisps of longer hair on the muzzle). Some tails will be longer in length; others shorter. Some puppies will have amber or brown eyes, while others will have yellow eyes. Some puppies will show more white spotting than others. All puppies will show a wolf mask or no mask look. All puppies will be highly intelligent. We anticipate that all puppies will be very close to American Alsatian dog temperament standards; however, some puppies may be more reserved and some may be more vocal. We will note any divergence from the temperament standards, as usual. The inbreeding coefficient for this litter will be 7.42% on a five generation pedigree and six known genetic COIs with a 83.3% ancestor loss coefficient on a four generation pedigree. The puppies from this litter will be fourth generation (F4) American Alsatian dogs. Both parents have been DNA tested clear of over 172 genetic diseases identified in dogs from Embark Veterinary and have high immune diversity. Health is guaranteed, as always. We are not looking to co-own any puppies from this litter, but we will keep the best overall large-sized puppy(ies), preferably without furnishings, from this litter to futher the lines.
