TEMPERAMENT TEST #2
This puppy was still, loose, and quiet during the pet. Curiously, he turned his head to the side making it more difficult to perform the rough pet. During the lift, this puppy was initially stiff in his rear legs with his tail tucked slightly underneath his rump. After two seconds, he then loosened up completely and was still and quiet throughout. This puppy was loose, still, and silent during the turn. This puppy stiffened his neck and brought his head to the side, as well as cried out once, during the head touch in an unfamiliar location. This puppy walked forward in a slow fashion when placed back into the den away from his siblings. He eventually laid down along the side of the den and closed his eyes.
This puppy receives a score of 8.5 for this second temperament test.
TEMPERAMENT TEST #1
This puppy is quiet and still in all circumstances. This puppy was quiet and still when lifted, when placed on the scale, and when placed back with mom. This puppy moved back to mom in a straight line and latched on for milk. He does not appear to get riled up or concerned about much in his life.
This puppy receives a score of 10 for this first temperament test.
THREE WEEK UPDATES
This puppy is a large silver male with a long coat type. He does not appear to have feathering at this time, although it is harder to tell at this age because of his longer coat type. He is fluffy. This puppy may have a wolf mask, because some small parts of his mask are now lightening up, although it is splotchy and not as prominent as some of the other puppies with clear wolf masks. For that reason, he may also have a black mask that has lighter parts. We shall keep an eye on this. He has a broad skull shape with a shorter, thicker muzzle type.
BIRTH NOTES
This puppy arrived into the world with head first with his sack intact at 4:40 am. He is a large male weighing 1 lbs 4.5 oz at birth. This puppy was quiet and still on the scale. He has a very faint bit of white on his chest and chin, otherwise he is a solid silver wolf gray color. This puppy is long and thin at this time. He can curl is tail under, like a seahorse. He latched onto the milkbar right away and drank heartily. This puppy is quiet and calm, even when touched, moved, or lifted.
