Yeti

This puppy wheezed slightly right after birth due to some phlegm from the birth. She has a strong heartbeat and robust size, easily propelling herself forward on her sturdy legs. This puppy was slightly stiff at birth, not pliable or lose/limp in her body.

General notes:

This puppy is interesting at such a young age. She is so calm and easy-going that when mom licks her, she will roll away from mom. But the most amazing thing is this puppy does not actively try to get back to mom. Instead, she will lay where she rolled and go to sleep. Because this puppy is also extremely quiet, there is no distress call. Albreta is also a very quiet female, so she doesn't let me know that her puppy is too far away. For this reason, I am required to check on the puppy frequently to make sure she remains with mom, which is essential for the newborn puppy to keep warm.

Temperament Test #1:
This puppy was extremely quiet for the first 8 hours of life. She made one small peep when mom moved her too roughly, otherwise, not a sound. This puppy was extremely calm, not moving much. When she did move, she did so with slow, methodical, deliberate actions. This puppy did not move when picked up, touched, or placed on the scale. This puppy did not fuss or move when given the medical exam. This puppy turned around when she found herself away from her mom, locating warmth and scent easily.

This puppy receives a score of 10 for this temperament test.

This puppy weighed 1 lbs. 7 oz. at birth. She is an extra large to giant sized female with a long, wavy coat. She has long, thick tree-trunk legs and a massive, broad head. This puppy's skin was pink at brith, including her nose and pads of her feet. This puppy had dark skin on her ears only. Otherwise, she was completely albino at birth.
