Thunderpaw

This puppy is the smartest puppy in the litter. She is a super problem-solver and has the ability to be quick on the draw. She will be a genius in learning new skills, but that also means that she will be a master manipulator. She will outwit a family with less dog training knowledge. She is very aware and alert to her surroundings. Fae has quite a bit of energy and will enjoy playing and interacting with a family. 

5th puppy born at 5:45 pm is a small light silver wolf sable female with a white mask that shows a bridge of color on the top of her muzzle. She has a pink nose and pink pads of the feet, but her chest is pigmented without much white spotting. She is quiet and doesn’t have much desire to move about, although she did wiggle slightly on the scale.

Fae's price dropped dramatically today. While she is a super smart puppy and has many attributes to be a stunningly beautiful DireWolf Dog, she has developed quite a high-pitched scream when she wants something... and she is very determined when she wants something. We are working on teaching her that she doesn't get what she wants when she acts like a crazed lunatic. She is learning quickly. This means that she requires a family that doesn't mind a dog that can be more vocal, a puppy that will begin life thinking that she can get her way by being the loudest one in the group or dictating her demands. A family with dog training experience is a must for this puppy. She is a super-model and will be glorious to look at and with proper training to let her know what is unacceptable, she will be an excellent dog with a strong bond and loving, willing, playful attitude. I do not recommend her for a family that wants the kids to grow up with a dog. She will have the stamina and fun-loving attitude to hang with the kids, but she will manipulate children due to her high intelligence and manipulative ways. She would do well in any situation where she must use her brain to solve problems. Agility, canine dance, or possibly therapy dog work if you can reward her for calm, gentle behavior. She has too much energy for a calmer service dog role, at least at this time. Possbly a hearing dog, but lying still for hours without engagement while the person eats dinner at a fine restaurant isn't in her future that I can see at this more unrefined time in her life. This type of dog would excel at many things and loves a challenge, but a family with firm boundaries and clear expectations is a must. All positive training won't cut it for her. She has too strong an understanding of how self-rewarding behaviors benefit her and she won't be able to be rewarded more than she can reward herself. She would be a dog trainer's dream, though. Confident, self-assured, highly intelligent, curious, bold, out going, energetic, and willing problem-solver. If you have the dog training chops and you want an amazing looking dog that would be extremely talented, this gal is it. She would be wasted simply as a family pet, though. She has too much potential in life. 

Fae is a large light silver wolf sable female with a white mask. She has a shorter coat type that is straight with less undercoat. She will be a heavy shedder, but she has less undercoat and isn't as fluffy. This puppy has a feminine head shape with a thinner overall frame, but she is heavy when picked up, which indicates a solid structure despite her thinner body type. She shows small ears that look to have some lift to them already.
