BIRTH NOTES:

Puppy #3 - 11:45 pm 1 lbs 1.5 oz moves around easily, head first in the sack,

GENERAL NOTES:

This puppy has quite the personality. He is confident and self-assured. He is not too serious, but neither is he constantly goofy. This puppy is bold, but in a quiet and unassuming way. He is not overly bold with some initial caution, but isn't fearful or afraid. Instead, he has an excellent balance between the two. He's cautious of new environments, seeking to observe and analyze the situation around him, but generally believes everything is fine until proven otherwise. This puppy is highly suggestive and will mold himself to his owners easily. This puppy is smart, but not independent. He loves to snuggle and be near. He is emotionally sound and resilient with a desire for a strong leader who is kind and respectful of his gentleness and need to observe before jumping into new tasks. This puppy can play jokes and likes life to be less serious. He is generally soft and loose in his easy movements... not rigid. This puppy is the ultimate companion dog with a perfect American Dirus™ dog temperament. With a balanced training method leaning on positive training techniques, this puppy will be a quiet gentle giant any family will love.

TEMPERAMENT TEST #2

This puppy initially stayed still during the rough pet, then moved backwards several steps and tried to turn around to the left. He was silent during this task. This puppy was loose, still, and quiet during the lift. This puppy went limp immediately upon the turn. His entire body was loose, still, and quiet throughout this task. He did not test the boundaries at all. This puppy yawned when placed in an unknown environment. He was not stiff in any way when pet on the head. He was quiet throughout. In fact, he even had his tongue tangling out of his mouth during the touch on the head in this strange surrounding. He was silent throughout. This puppy sniffed around the sides of the basket moving his head from side to side and looking up with his eyes. He remained in a down position and did not rise or walk around. He was silent throughout this task. This puppy sniffed at the handler's feet when placed back into the den away from his siblings, then moved slightly to the left, laid down, placed his head on his front feet, and closed his eyes to rest right where he was placed. This puppy was silent throughout this task. This puppy was loose and still throughout this entire test.

This puppy receives a score of 10.5 for this temperament test.

TEMPERAMENT TEST #1

This puppy was quiet for the first 24-hours after birth. This puppy moves about easily, going right to the milk bar when all of the commotion of his birth was over. This puppy wiggled on the scale, but was silent. This puppy moved his feet some during the turn, but otherwise was loose and quiet.

This puppy receives an initial score of 9 for this first temperament test.

BIRTH NOTES:

Relatively quiet, but moves with gusto wherever he wants to go, wiggled a lot on the scale,

4 WEEK UPDATE

This puppy has brown eyes. This puppy is a giant male, although not as robust as he could be. He will be tall in stature with a long body as an adult. This puppy has a wonderfully broad head shape with beautiful small ears. This puppy's tail curls when excited, which will likely mean that he will hold his tail high like a flag when excited as an adult. It should not curl over the back, however. This puppy continues to have deep black skin pigmentation that compliments the lightness of his overall light silver wolf sable coloring. This puppy will have black nails.

BIRTH NOTES:

silver white face male, no white spotting, black nose, long body, thick tail, may not be heavy, but he is long and looks as if he might be tall.
