2 WEEK UPDATE:

This puppy weighs 3 lbs 6.5 oz at 2 weeks old. She appears healthy with no indication of any ill health.

BIRTH NOTES:

This puppy was born at 8:30 a.m. She weighed 14 oz. at birth. She moves with ease and went right to the milk bar as if she knew where to go.

TEMPERAMENT TEST #2

This puppy sat still, loose, and quiet during the rough pet. This puppy was still, loose, and quiet during the lift. This puppy challenged the turn a twice, but once she felt there was no give, she easily submitted. She yawned twice and pumped her legs about a bit. This puppy moved about the bottom and sides of the basket for twenty seconds, sniffing vigorously. She then sniffed up high and whimpered slightly. This puppy did not flinch when pet on the head. She was also curious with lots of sniffing and licking when held by a stranger. This puppy looked back at the hand when placed back into the den with her siblings, but then moved back to the puppy pile. She did not linger or play with the handler.

This puppy receives a score of 8.8 for this temperament test.

TEMPERAMENT TEST #1:

This puppy could be heard occasionally in the first 24-hours after birth. She whined and whimpered softly from time to time. Nothing excessive, but not silent, either. This puppy moves about with ease. She was calm on the scale, but observant. This puppy has some energy, but not excessive. This puppy does not get anxious or nervous when pet by a stranger. This puppy was able to go right back to mom when placed with near the den.

This puppy receives a score of 8.5 for this first temperament test.

BIRTH NOTES:

This puppy has been silent since birth. She moves around with ease, propelling herself forward wherever she wants to go. She doesn't appear to become anxious or upset if lost or moved. This puppy looked around on the scale, but didn't wiggle or try to move off of it. This puppy is not as calm as her sister, Heather, but neither is she desperate to get somewhere. She moves where she wants to go when she wants to go there. She appears to understand exactly where she is at all times, even if nudged or rolled away from her spot by her mom.

2 WEEK UPDATE
This puppy has a medium length coat on the longer side without feathering or furnishings. She is a silver wolf sable with a slight yellowing on her legs and behind her ears. This puppy appears to have a black mask with brown eyes.

BIRTH NOTES:

This puppy is a large dark silver wolf sable female. She has a long, thin tail and long, thin legs. This puppy looks to have a medium length coat without any wave. She does not have any white spotting and all pigmentation was deep black at birth.
