WEEK TWO OBSERVATIONS
This puppy is now the largest puppy in the litter with a certain heavy robustness to his body type. He eats a lot and has a slightly faster rate of growth than the other puppies.
BIRTH
This puppy came into the world at 10:00 pm Pacific head first with his sack intact. His sack did not break upon entry, so it was necessary to aid in its release. This puppy had a strong connection to the placenta. This puppy moves slowly, but determined. He is able to move about with ease and strength.
TEMPERAMENT TEST #2
This puppy sat up during the rough pet. He tried to move his front feet forward, but met a wall. He did not turn around, move backwards, or cry out in any way. This puppy's feet were initially stiff upon the lift, but he loosened within two seconds. He remained quiet and still. This puppy stiffened his legs during the turn. His legs, tail, and neck remained slightly stiff for two seconds after the turn. He loosened, but not completely. He was silent throughout. This puppy was stiff during the head pet. He was silent. This puppy was stiff legged when being placed back. As a result, he was wobbly as he was returned to the pen. He was silent for a good five seconds while he looked around the den. Then, he began grunting. He grunted continually for several minutes afterwards. While not traumatized, this puppy seemed overall upset and malcontented by the testing procedure.
This puppy receives a score of 7 for this second temperament test.
WEEK TWO OBSERVATIONS
This puppy is mostly calm and quiet. He sleeps a lot. This puppy doesn't interact with humans like Clover and Lucky Charms do. He is content for the most part and doesn't bother himself with the goings on of the other pups. This puppy continues to become frustrated when placed somewhere he doesn't want to be. He would benefit from socialization experiences to increase his confidence in unfamiliar spaces.
WEEK ONE OBSERVATIONS
This puppy has shown frustration when he can't get where he wants to in a timely manner. He wants what he wants when he wants it. He can cry out when he gets frustrated. This puppy will benefit from learning patience as he grows.
24 HOURS - PERSONAL OBSERVATIONS
This puppy is more relaxed and easy-going than his siblings. He is the second pick male in the litter. He has a tendency to be on the quiet side, although some grunting can be heard from time to time, especially when he is discontented or in need. This puppy is more of a thinker and solves through a quiet resolve, requiring patience when training.
TEMPERAMENT TEST #1
This puppy is extremely quiet. He was silent upon arrival and remains quiet throughout the first hours of life. This puppy was still on the scale and did not wiggle when picked up. This puppy was quiet throughout the test. This puppy turned slightly then moved in a straight line forward when placed in the den away from mom. He did not grunt or cry out, but moved with slow strength. This puppy slept when he found his mom again. This puppy seems to show a calm confidence.
This puppy receives a score of 9.5 for this temperament test.
WEEK TWO OBSERVATIONS
This puppy is now the largest puppy in the litter. His growth rate is slightly higher than his siblings. He continues to show deep black pigmentation and black coat, other than his stark white socks. This puppy looks to have black spotting on his tongue.
WEEK ONE OBSERVATIONS
This puppy is growing quickly. He is the second largest male, two ounces under Dublin. He will likely be a giant male as an adult, reaching ~130 lbs.
BIRTH NOTES
This puppy is an extra-large, reverse, black wolf sable male. He weighed 1 lbs. 4 oz. at birth. He has white spotting on all four paws, as well as a large white stripe from his chin to his chest. He has a thin, long tail. He has good bone thickness compared to some of the other pups, but not as thick as the ideal. This puppy is long in torso. This puppy has a large head, but it is not broad in overall shape. This puppy has a tiny white spot on the tip of his tail. His white stripe on the chest is also broken in places. This puppy has deep black pigmentation with a black nose. This puppy looks to have a medium length coat type with a longer mane.
