Clipper (Bjorn)

9th puppy born at 2:05 am is a small silver male weighing 14 oz at birth. He is skinny at this time. He has minimal white spotting with a black nose and black-tipped tail. He has four white paws and a medium sized squarish looking white patch on his chest. He is quiet and still at this time.

This puppy came into the world with lower energy and was quiet and still much of the time. (10+)  He was still for a time after the birth. He does not move quickly or with determination. (10) This puppy was quiet for the first eight hours after birth. (10+) This puppy moved his head from side to side on the scale, but with less effort than other puppies. (9) This puppy wiggled feebily and grunted, then cried out when it couldn't right itself after the turn. (7) This puppy grunted and cried out when it was placed back into the den away from its mother. He moved his head from side to side and then turned himself in a circle in order to find the right path. He eventually touched his mother's paw and then continued searching around in a circle. He was clearly lost and had no real strategy for finding the way home. (6) This puppy moved his feet in a forward motion when touched by a human. (7)

This puppy startled slightly, sat up and looked toward the sound. He did not make any noise during this time. (9) This puppy was loose, relaxed, and silent during the rough pet. He did not move forward or backward when pet, but remained standing. (10) This puppy was still, loose, and quiet during the lift. (10+) This puppy was loose and silent during the turn. He did not move his head from side to side and did not challenge the boundary. Instead, he remained in place with his feet, head and tail loose. He was silent throughout the turn. (10) This puppy took ten seconds and remained still when placed in the bottom of the basket. He then moved his head, sniffing from side to side. He looked up at the side of the basket and then made a faint whimper. He did not attempt to climb onto the side of the basket. He did move forward slightly, but with some slowness. (8) This puppy stood where he was placed when put back into the den away from his siblings. He did not make any noise or attempt to move. Instead, he stood as if thinking. He then put his head down and moved his face from side to side slowly, sniffing. He then moved in the correct direction, laid down resting his head on another puppy and closed his eyes. (9)

This puppy is the smallest puppy in the litter with a light frame and thin bone structure. He is small in stature, almost three times smaller than some of his siblings. His ears have already risen at 4 weeks old. This puppy has a broad head with a wide eye set. He has a thin muzzle and tail. His feet are small in size, as is his bone structure. This puppy has a thin chest and pelvis. He has a short tail and slanted eyes. This puppy has a shorter coat length with black tips. This puppy's legs hang down straight without a tendency toward cow hocked or pigeon-toed.
