About the Litter

This match will produce extra large, super sweet dogs with exceptionally loving, loyal personalities. Puppies coming from this match will be highly intelligent and devoted to their families. They will enjoy thinking games and will be exceptionally smart and willing to learn. They will be more playful type puppies that are interested in being close and being involved. They will be good with small children, cats, and other dogs, and will fit into most any family type. The puppies from these two will have positive energy, but will not be hyperactive - in other words, medium energy levels. We expect these puppies to have medium prey drives and will love to snuggle and be pet. The pups will like to chew on toys, such as hooves and antlers. The puppies will be more in the mid-range of the dominant scale and will be confident in their emotions. We may see a more reserved pup or two, if so, we will note it. They will be extremely smart and enjoy people. They will be smart enough to outsmart you, so prepare for being on your toes. We anticipate that all puppies will show erect ears as they mature. All coat lengths - short, medium, and long - with low undercoat are expected. Seasonal shedding is expected. We will see silver wolf gray (like Shennara) and reversed black wolf gray (like Stanley) puppies with yellow eyes only. Chocolate-colored pups (like Lotus) may also appear in either color combination. Both black masks and cream masks are expected. Some puppies MAY show vitiligo (pigmentation loss) around their lips as adults. Pups should reach 120 pounds and stand 27 to 30 inches in height. Tails will lie flat and not curl over the back. The inbreeding coefficient for this breeding is 9.38% on a five generation pedigree and the ancestor loss coefficient is 80% on a four generation pedigree. These puppies will be third generation [F3] American Alsatian dogs. Both parents have been DNA tested and are clear of all 172 genetic diseases identified by Embark. Health is guaranteed, as always. We are not looking to co-own any puppies from this litter. We must keep the best puppies from this litter, either male or female. If we see some exceptional puppies and cannot choose between them, we may have to keep more than one. Unfortunately, this will be Stanley's one and only litter for the breed as he shows a slight progressive lack of pigmentation, vitiligo, on his lips.
