DISCLAIMER: This puppy has a deformity at the base of her tail where her spine meets the tail. It is unknown whether this deformity is painful when she moves and thus the reason for her outbursts. However, she is quiet when sleeping and only grunts slightly when moving about when eating.

WHAT’S THE PASSWORD!! FIFTH PUPPY born from the Arabian Nights Litter (Stanley/Darla) is a tiny Wolf gray female weighing 11 oz with a no mask and very little white spotting. She arrived at 6:45 pm PST. She has an extremely short tail that has a small deformity at the base near the spine which makes the tail hang slightly to the right. I have never seen such a short tail in a long-tailed breed. We will watch this puppy’s development to make sure that she walks and moves normally with no deformities in her spine or pelvis. This female is vocal, crying out in a high-pitched voice from time to time. She struggled to breath and so the crying out helped her to empty her lungs.

This puppy came into the world in a whirlwind of activity and gusto. She is not content. (5) This puppy cried out constantly with a high-pitched whine. She continued to cry out often when moving about the den. She also grunts loudly when eating. (4) This puppy has quite a bit of energy. She is often seen moving about (and crying). It is not always clear where she is going or what she is wanting. Sometimes she moves about when she clearly has already eaten and is full. She often moves about going up and over her siblings. (4) When touched, this puppy immediately moves forward and begins grunting and crying out. (4) When lifted, this puppy pumps her legs and cries out loudly. (4) When turned over, this puppy () When placed back in the den away from mom, this puppy immediately moved into action without hesitation. She continuously cried and wandered until she found mom, then she grunted and cried until she moved to a spot where she was content and fell asleep. (4)

This puppy initially startled then stood still as if listening. He did not back away, cry out, or cower. This puppy was silent. (8) This puppy moved slightly forward when pet. She did not flinch and made no sound. (8) This puppy was loose and quiet upon the lift. (10) This puppy was loose and quiet upon the turn. (10) This puppy gave a slight head tilt with some minor flinching upon the head pet/hold he was quiet throughout. (8) This puppy remained to sniff the handler before returning to the puppy pile, he was silent throughout. (10)
