APPEARANCE

Puppies are expected to be giant in size! When full grown, we expect males from this litter to stand 30-31 inches tall at the shoulders and weigh around 130 - 150 lbs.

Statistically, the puppies from this litter will have the following coat color possibilities:

1. 37.5% silver wolf sable w/ black mask
2. 18.75% silver wolf sable w/ wolf mask
3. 18.75% black (recessive)
4. 25% white
5. 50% furnishings (mustache)
6. 0% feathering (long hair behind ears/legs and between toes)
7. 0% liver dilute
8. 87.5% amber/brown eye color
9. 12.5% yellow eye color
10. 100% normal muscling w/ heavy muscling carried in the recessive

Some puppies will have a completely solid color with no white spotting on their toes, tail tip, chest/belly, and possibly on the muzzle. Other puppies will show mild white spotting. Some puppies should show highly slanted, bright yellow eyes. Most puppies will have amber or brown eyes. All puppies should have medium to long double coat types without feathering. We expect all ears to rise. Some tails will curl up when excited. Other puppies will have straighter tails. Most puppies will be giant in size, standing 30-31 inches tall at the shoulders and weighing 130 - 150 lbs as adults. Some puppies will be average in size, standing 27 - 29 inches tall at the shoulders and weighing 95 - 120 lbs as adults.

INHERITED TEMPERAMENT

This litter is a FIFTH GENERATION and with a highly consistent family companion dog temperament.

Some puppies will be more confident than others. All puppies will be submissive and affectionate with their people. Loving, devoted and high intelligence will be especially prominent. Some puppies may have more of a velcro type personality. Some puppies may vocalize slightly when excited, but otherwise this should be a very quiet litter. All puppies should have a desire to remain at home and stay close without a desire to wander or roam. We will note any diviation from our unique family companion dog inherited temperament.

HEALTH

Both parents have been DNA tested clear of over 250 genetically inherited canine diseases and have high immune diversity. The puppies from this litter will be fifth generation (F5) American Dirus dogs. This means that five generations of hand-picked DireWolf Dogs lie within the pedigree before the most recent crossbreeding.

While this litter will be highly diverse in outward appearance with a lot of color choices and other appearance traits, this is a highly inbred litter, breeding 1/2 brother to 1/2 sister. The inbreeding coefficient for this litter is 19.53% on a five generation pedigree with 53% ancestor loss coefficient on a four generation pedigree. 

Puppies will range in price from $3800 to $4800 for pet quality and more for breeding/show quality.
